If blogging was part of my job description, I would've been unemployed for months now. Hahaha. Never could find the time.
We just welcomed the birth of a new LOB here in the office. It's called CBG (stands for Corporate Business Group). Goodbye to home-users and novice chicks and respectful "elders" (lola calls anyone?) calling in. We are now with big businesses of 10 or more computers!
I still get the regular novice but more often than not, it's IT guys that we talk to now. What a relief and at the same time it's a challenge. Pano na lang ako mambobola nyan! Hehe :)
